In the Leadership That Resonates Academy, your leaders are not just learning one-off concepts and forgetting about them; they are applying them, with – and on – each other! Giving feedback, holding each other accountable, and growing together in a safe environment. This is how you embed a leadership culture that resonates.

Participants aren’t just sitting listening to a facilitator. They are solving problems, working in the moment, building critical thinking skills and, most importantly, practicing and getting feedback along the way.

Your group of up to 15 leaders embark on this journey together, growing together over the course of 4 months. Each session is only a half-day commitment, minimizing time away from work while providing the best learning opportunities along the way.
Nothing replaces people being in a room together. But, as we learned throughout the Covid era, we can absolutely create success in a virtual environment. If your needs are such that we need to do this all via Zoom, we can gladly create that experience and make it a high-quality, engaging experience. We have over twenty years of facilitating virtually and know how to do it right! We can also do a hybrid approach or completely in person!
